COMELEC's DANGEROUS DOUBLE WHAMMIES!
COMELEC's decision to proclaim the first 6 top Senatorial candidates when only around 1/4 or 25% have been canvassed by the National Board Of Canvassers, sets a VERY DANGEROUS PRECEDENT. Thus, I can't help but wonder whether the said proclamation is BUT COMELEC's way of DEODORIZING it's another QUESTIONABLE DECISION: STOPPING THE UNOFFICIAL COUNT VIA THE TRANSPARENCY SERVER of the PPCRV. Fellow citizens, please let's not put our guards down. The elections isn't yet over.

The Unbrilliant Mystery of the PCOS MACHINE SOURCE CODE FOR 13 MAY 2013 ELECTION

Isn't it mystifying  that the COMELEC (Commission on Election), under Atty. Sixto Brillantes,  is appearing to be unbrilliantly DODGING, as best as it could, RESPONSIBILITY of making ACCESSIBLE the PCOS MACHINE SOURCE CODE TO THE ELECTORATE? The SOURCE CODE is of UTMOST SIGNIFICANCE as it CONTAINS HUMAN-READABLE (I REPEAT, HUMAN-READABLE) INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHAT THE PCOS MACHINES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING. MEANING, VIA THE SOURCE CODE, IT CAN CATEGORICALLY BE KNOWN, WHETHER OR NOT, EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PCOS MACHINES, AND THUS THE AUTOMATED ELECTIONS, COME 13 MAY 2013 IS ABOVEBOARD. SIMPLY PUT, VIA REVIEW OF THE SOURCE CODE, it can be ascertained WHETHER OR NOT "WALANG DAYAAN" IN THE ELECTIONS VIA THE SAID PCOS MACHINES. Former COMELEC Commissioner Gus Lagman rightly stresses that the said SOURCE CODE MUST HAVE BEEN REVIEWED EVEN WAY BACK MARCH 2012. Now, the COMELEC, (for sly reasons?) is telling the public that INDEED they're making the PCOS source code FOR THE 2013 MAY 13 ELECTIONS ACCESSIBLE AFTER (I repeat: AFTER!) THE SAID 2013 MAY 13 ELECTIONS. Thus, Lagman sincerely laments that doing so is USELESS. My opinion of Lagman's lament: DITO SA PINAS, AANHIN PA ANG SOURCE CODE NG PCOS MACHINE KUNG NANALO NA ANG MANDARAYANG KANDIDATO? (Here in the Philippines, of what use will the POST-ELECTION access to the PCOS MACHINE SOURCE BE, if candidates who cheated have already then been seated in power?)
